Alexander Modern Homes concentrates on creating custom interiors for both residential and commercial spaces to enrich your built environment. We are known for a contemporary and modern style; however, we can accomplish any style from traditional to transitional to mid-century. We work towards the style our clients want and strive to provide services to make the entire process easy for our customers by managing every detail from concept to install.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
If you are building a home, we work directly with the architects at Phil Kean Design Group based out of Winter Park, Florida. Phil Kean is a master of culminating and capturing the nature of each project and relating the home itself to it’s surroundings. Phil has the ability to position a home in such a quintessential way on each real estate to capture the premier scenery and views from the most desirable setting in the home and broadens his idea for the structure from that vantage point.
WHOLE HOME REMODEL
When renovating a home, we can assist you with special layout, architectural review, lighting plans, and selections of fixed finishes. Our team of designers work to create a cohesive design plan for your spaces and work with your builder to ensure its appropriate execution. We also offer our contractor/builder services where we can handle the project and oversee your entire project.
KITCHEN REMODEL
Uniquely offering our clients full service Kitchen and Bath design, we have designers designated to service this need. We proudly represent Wellborn Cabinetry, and are thrilled to provide our clients with functional and aesthetically beautiful Kitchen and Bath designs. In order to imagine your space, our team creates 3D renderings that allow you to visually see your space before it comes to life.
BATHROOM REMODEL
Uniquely offering our clients full service Kitchen and Bath design, we have designers designated to service this need. We proudly represent Wellborn Cabinetry, and are thrilled to provide our clients with functional and aesthetically beautiful Kitchen and Bath designs. INTERIOR DESIGN
We work directly with furniture, lighting, fabric, and surfaces companies and pass on that savings to you. Ensuring each space is unique and functional, we also offer art consulting, space planning, in-house procurement, custom fabric and materials, lighting plan and fixture selection, paint/palette selection, art installation, product purchasing, tracking and delivery coordination for all our clients.
OUTDOOR LIVING
In 2020, we combined locations of our Outdoor Living store that features Phantom Motorized Retractable Patio Screens, Feeney Cable Railing, TUUCI Umbrellas, InfraTech Patio Heaters, and multiple lines our patio ready furniture with our Design Show Room.
